A company is looking for a Corporate Recruiter (Contract & Remote). Key Responsibilities
Execute the full recruitment lifecycle and manage staffing agency processes
Source, screen, and attract candidates for various roles, including Light Industrial and contract positions
Lead the offer process and maintain accurate recruiting records while optimizing the candidate tracking system
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or staffing agency settings
Experience in recruiting and onboarding for administrative, production, support, and light industrial roles
Strong skills in sourcing candidates through databases, LinkedIn, and job boards
Self-motivated with a proven history of exceeding performance goals
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
