Adoptions and RFP Manager

A company is looking for an Adoptions & RFP Manager to lead content development initiatives and manage proposal generation processes.



Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation and implementation of content strategies to support business development
Oversee the end-to-end development of proposals, ensuring timely submissions and alignment with client specifications
Analyze proposal processes and outcomes to recommend and implement best practices for efficiency and quality


Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, or proposal development
Demonstrated success in managing complex RFP and proposal processes
Experience with business analysis tools
Familiarity with grant writing or funding proposal processes
Knowledge of APMP best practices is preferred
