Senior GTM Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter - GTM Hiring to attract top talent for their GTM teams in the USA.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Provide insights into talent trends and maintain accurate updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on GTM roles in the US region
Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes for senior and mid-level roles independently
Deep understanding of the US talent market, particularly in GTM skills and SaaS/Tech industries
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Experience recruiting for SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred
