Vendor Risk Manager

A company is looking for a Vendor Risk Manager to oversee vendor risk processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor vendor risk, including onboarding new vendors and conducting ongoing due diligence reviews
Identify potential risk exposures and develop risk management strategies aligned with company goals
Provide regular reporting on the VRM Program and vendor risk to the Chief Compliance Officer


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 5 years related work experience in vendor management or risk management
Knowledge of risk program concepts, methodologies, and governance structures
Strong analytical skills to improve KPIs and KRIs
Proficiency in Excel and other software for preparing reports
Experience in financial institutions is a plus, but not required
