Technical Proposal Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Proposal Writer to join their team.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the creation of compliant and compelling technical proposal content
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture solution information and translate technical ideas into clear narratives
Manage content development and maintain a corporate library of past performance narratives


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience in proposal writing or related fields
Demonstrated ability to articulate technology solutions in a strong narrative
Experience with Task orders under GWACs such as SP4, SEWP, OASIS, etc
Shipley or equivalent training or certification is highly desired
