Application Support Director
A company is looking for an Integration-Practice Support Director (Application Support) to lead a high-performing Application Support team. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Application Support team, overseeing operations and team performance
Strategize the team's direction, focusing on customer-centric culture and success measures
Innovate and manage a scalable support program to address customer needs effectively
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in leading a technical support team
Strong understanding of application support best practices and industry standards
Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and JIRA
Familiarity with healthcare transactions such as HL7, 837, and CCDA
Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems or MBA preferred
