Vice President Field Account Development

A company is looking for a Vice President, Field Account Development.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of field-based Managers and Directors of Account Development
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute sales engagement and performance strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in customer interactions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
5 - 10 years of people leadership experience in sales, account management, or operations
Experience in a highly regulated industry
Strong knowledge of financial fluency and underwriting processes
Proven track record of driving results and team engagement
