Workforce Planning Consultant
A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Consultant to support their VA-ESOM-End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic recruitment objectives and analyze recruitment methods
Provide expert advice on appointment mechanisms to attract highly qualified candidates
Analyze workforce data to determine staffing needs and collaborate with Business Operations functions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, human resources, or related field (or 10 years of relevant experience)
10 years of relevant experience in workforce planning and recruitment
Proven experience with workforce forecasting, trend analysis, and capacity-gap planning
Experience supporting federal clients is preferred
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance
