Remote Clinical Liaison

A company is looking for a Remote Clinical Liaison to promote and educate patients on medication management solutions.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct health and medication reviews with patients, ensuring accurate data entry of prescription information
Educate patients and facilities about medication management solutions and manage the patient assessment process
Support the Clinical Services team with MTM services and maintain accurate records and reports


Required Qualifications

Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred
Ability to conduct business in English and Spanish
Must have a reliable home internet connection with specified speeds
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with occasional Saturday shifts
Must be in the current role for at least 6 months and have completed training sessions and assessments
