Lead Transportation Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Transportation Operations Researcher and Project Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Write comprehensive proposals aligned with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements
Manage project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring deliverables meet expectations
Engage with transportation agencies to enhance Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO) capabilities


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience in transportation operations or systems
Proven expertise in proposal writing and project management within a transportation context
In-depth knowledge of Transportation Systems Management and Operations (TSMO)
Experience with data governance and analytic tools in transportation decision-making
Strong background in multimodal system coordination and emerging technology in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
