Subcontract Manager

A company is looking for a Subcontract Manager to oversee subcontract sourcing and management for specialized goods and services.



Key Responsibilities

Manage subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and execution phases
Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies while assessing supplier performance
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior subcontract specialists and manage supplier relationships


Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle or similar business application software
Minimum of 5 years of experience with FAR and DFARS regulations
Possess an active, in-scope DOD Secret Security Clearance or higher
Bachelor's Degree with at least 15 years of combined experience or 13 years with a Master's Degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Subcontracts, Procurement, or Contracts
