Key Responsibilities

Hire and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on customer value
Contribute to the design of upmarket Account Management strategies and methodologies
Define playbooks and coach the team to achieve key performance indicators for retention and expansion



Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in Account Management
Proven track record of achieving targets through leadership and coaching
Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers with complex requirements
Ability to establish executive-level relationships and navigate issues effectively
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and enthusiasm for cybersecurity
