WFM Capacity Planning Consultant

A company is looking for a Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planning & Forecasting/Scheduling Consultant to join their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with business goals and SLAs
Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting workforce needs and manage efficient scheduling
Collaborate with BPO teams and oversee workforce analytics and reporting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's preferred
7-10 years of workforce management experience, with 5+ years in a senior/managerial role
Strong background in supporting BPO operations in Central America and the Philippines
Expertise with IEX NICE and workforce management tools
Green Belt Certification (Black Belt preferred)
