Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Systems Analyst to perform server administration and support for critical systems.



Key Responsibilities

Perform server administration tasks, including domain/DNS management and user/domain security
Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical TIERS systems, including occasional on-premises work
Utilize ITIL ticketing systems for incident management and support


Required Qualifications

8 years of experience with network facilities, data processing techniques, and security software
Extensive knowledge of LDAP/Windows Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisor technologies
Experience in administering Windows and Linux systems, including network administration and IT governance
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and providing 24x7 server and application support
Experience with ITIL ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow
