Associate Technical Support Analyst
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst - Networks. Key Responsibilities
Respond to client and associate inquiries via various communication channels
Create case logs and track information to ensure issue resolution
Configure network devices and troubleshoot technical issues with software and hardware
Required Qualifications
Cisco CCNA certification or 2 years of experience configuring network devices
Experience with ticketing systems is preferred
Knowledge of network security tools and Microsoft operating systems
Certifications such as A+, MCDST, or MCST are beneficial
Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus
