Human Resources Manager

A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in Human Resource-related functions
Proven experience in the government services industry preferred
In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws
US Citizenship and ability to obtain future government clearance, as applicable
