A company is looking for an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to support executive hiring efforts across all departments. Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and engage executive-level candidates using innovative strategies
Partner with hiring managers and executives to develop tailored recruitment strategies
Manage the entire recruiting process within an ATS, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and in-house roles
5+ years of executive recruiting experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
Proven ability to build and close a talent pipeline for niche roles
Expertise in running complex recruitment strategies
