Key Responsibilities

Customize and design mass transfer forms and convert them to online formats
Create and manage Mass Transfer screens for capturing membership information
Oversee editing, certification of exception reports, and coordinate mailing requests


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience as a Mass Transfer Administrator or in a related customer service role
Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and procedures regarding provider transfers
