Senior Vice President Compliance Services

A company is looking for a SVP, Enterprise Compliance Services to lead a team focused on compliance program operations.



Key Responsibilities

Manage a team dedicated to compliance investigations and reporting
Develop and implement policies, training, and compliance risk assessments
Drive a data-driven compliance strategy and collaborate with legal and compliance partners


Required Qualifications

JD or relevant advanced degree preferred; at least 10 years of compliance experience
5+ years of experience supervising large teams
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory matters
Experience working with senior executives in a matrixed environment
Proven track record in leveraging data analytics for compliance risk management
