Client Implementation Analyst

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Analyst III (EDI).



Key Responsibilities

Manage electronic setup, testing, and go-live of healthcare claims processing projects
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Implement process improvements to enhance claims workflows and support new product rollouts


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a technical production or applications support role
At least 3 years of experience with EDI or similar file transfer protocols
Solid understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing and HIPAA EDI protocols
Advanced ability to create SQL queries for data analysis within an Oracle database
Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of related experience
