Several law firms in the Southern California area are seeking Labor & Employment Defense Attorneys to support their offices in Irvine, Los Angeles and greater Orange County area.

The firms are reputable and have been established for over 10 years and growing fast. These roles offer a fast-track to partner and require only a commitment to 1,800 billable hours per year.

Exceeding the billables will result in performance bonuses on top of the base salary that ranges from $150,000 - $230,000 per year.

The schedules are hybrid 3/2.
