A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Business Conduct Hotline Triage Lead.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead the whistleblower triage team, providing guidance and support
Oversee the intake process for all whistleblower reports and prioritize based on risk
Collaborate with internal teams to allocate reports to the appropriate investigative function


Required Qualifications and Education:

Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with 2 years of Compliance, Regulatory, or Legal experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
Strong technology skills, including proficiency in Excel and web-based tools
Project management and organizational skills to manage report volume effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations
Legal experience (minimum one year) and HR experience preferred
