Key Responsibilities

Plan, build, and test new features while encouraging agile behavior within the team
Guide and assist junior engineers, perform code reviews, and promote good coding practices
Participate in application design sessions and propose solutions to medium to complex problems



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technical studies
4+ years of experience managing and developing tech teams
Proven hands-on experience with ReactJS
Expertise in Golang and NodeJS
Good knowledge of AWS
