Required Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in change management, focusing on ERP system implementations
5 years of experience with SAP implementations or leading SAP adoption initiatives
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Change Model
In-depth understanding of SAP modules, user roles, and workflows
Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives related to technology or process transformations
