Senior Operations Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Research Analyst to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of OUSD Personnel & Readiness.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in operational processes
Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize decision-making
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Accounting, etc.)
8 years of experience in operations
Experience managing or contributing to five or more contracted projects for Federal Government agencies or similar environments
Certifications such as CAP, PMP, or Six Sigma are desired but not required
Security clearance is highly desired
