Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software quality assurance analysts
Develop and implement QA strategies and processes aligned with business goals
Oversee the design and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts for various software solutions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a software quality assurance team
Experience writing SQL queries and working with NoSQL databases
Proficient with API automation tools and automation tools such as Cypress
Experience with load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
