Tier 3 IT Support Technician
A company is looking for a Tier 3 IT Support Technician. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair complex hardware and software issues
Serve as a technical resource and assist in resolving escalated problems
Manage and take ownership of remote monitoring software and backup systems
Required Qualifications and Education
5-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in complex network and server issues
Experience with Windows-based server environments and SQL databases
Familiarity with MS Windows, Office applications, and Cisco networks
Detailed knowledge of scripting within a Windows environment
Master's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience is preferred
