Business Solutions Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to perform business systems analysis and improve business information systems.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business processes
Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Plan and participate in systems implementation and provide post-implementation support while ensuring compliance with information security policies


Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design
Bachelor's degree required; additional qualifying experience may substitute for education
Knowledge of structured analysis principles and systems design tools
Experience with business process reengineering and feasibility studies
