Licensed Substation Department Manager

A company is looking for a Substation Department Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Contribute to strategic planning and execute goals within the Utilities division
Oversee project performance, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing feedback
Lead client projects, manage resource allocation, and support business development efforts


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus
Licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in transmission and substation engineering
Experience in staff management and resource allocation
Proficiency in relevant work processes and software tools for T&S projects
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
