A company is looking for a Practice Manager - Offensive Security.



Key Responsibilities

Drive performance management through objectives and key results
Provide technical guidance and oversight on client-facing engagements
Manage and develop a team of up to 10 security engineers


Required Qualifications

4+ years of industry experience in cybersecurity
2+ years of management experience overseeing technical teams
Prior cybersecurity consulting experience
Prior experience in offensive security
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or technical certifications such as OSCP or OSWE
