Financial Analyst II

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst II (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Serve as the financial point of contact and consultant for assigned organizational areas
Perform thorough analysis of financials, including preparation and review of variance reports and financial statements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience (3-5 years) in a not-for-profit environment
Knowledge of MS Office products, particularly advanced Excel, and Financial Reporting/ERP software
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience in financial analysis within moderately complex organizations
Customer service focus to assist with problem resolution
