A company is looking for a Game Designer to create engaging gameplay experiences for a blockchain gaming brand.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop gameplay systems that balance in-game and token-based economies
Create game concepts, user flows, and documentation for the development team
Facilitate playtests and analyze player behavior for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in game design, preferably with casual or mobile games
Strong understanding of core gameplay mechanics and system design
Knowledge of blockchain or a strong curiosity to learn about its potential in gaming
Proficient in design and documentation tools like Figma or Miro
