Globalization Operations Director

A company is looking for a Globalization Operations Director to lead and build an internal Language Service Provider (LSP) and oversee language services to meet client demand.



Key Responsibilities

Establish and grow a dedicated internal Language Service Provider (LSP) to address language-only RFPs
Oversee day-to-day operations of the LSP, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines and budgets
Lead the development of competitive responses to language-only RFPs and collaborate with business development teams to pursue new opportunities



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 10+ years' experience in globalization, advertising, or a related field, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven experience in building and leading operational teams for language services
Strong understanding of translation and localization technologies, including TMS and CAT tools
Bilingual proficiency is required
