Payroll Tax Analyst

A company is looking for a Payroll Tax and Accounting Analyst.



Key Responsibilities

Manage university-wide tax compliance and payroll accounting duties
Prepare and deliver W-2/W-2c and 1042 forms, and reconcile employee tax balances
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate processing of payroll transactions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two years of experience in payroll
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
Experience with payroll software and tax reporting systems preferred
Strongly prefer candidates with 5-6 years' experience in payroll or tax compliance
