401K Relationship Manager

A company is looking for a Vice President, Managing Director - 401K Relationship Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision makers
Develop and implement a customer-centric relationship management strategy for each client
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions


Required Qualifications

8+ years of Relationship Management or Client Service experience, preferably in the Retirement/401k industry
Ability to acquire Series 7 and 63 licenses within the first 3 months
Experience with Health and Welfare, Defined Benefits, and Stock Plan Services is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to handle difficult client interactions and multi-dimensional challenges
