Category Manager

A company is looking for a Category Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Lead global category strategies for the integration of new mergers and acquisitions
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate outsourcing agreements to achieve cost reductions
Collaborate with finance on pricing models and analyze supplier capabilities to ensure optimal sourcing



Required Qualifications

BS in Engineering or Business Administration with 5-7 years of sourcing experience
MBA preferred
Significant knowledge in contract manufacturing and electronics sourcing practices
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, and managing Tier II supplier relationships
Basic competency in developing should-cost models and executing make vs. buy analysis
