Key Responsibilities

Implement communication strategies to engage primary care constituents
Manage data, monitor metrics, and support presentations and reports to stakeholders
Coordinate Primary Care Council initiatives and activities


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or communications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in health care
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrix organization
Strong time management skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
