A company is looking for an RN Digital Health (Remote Patient Monitoring).



Key Responsibilities

Perform the Nursing Process to deliver individualized, high-quality patient care in a virtual setting
Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care while promoting teamwork and collaboration
Participate in professional development, evidence-based practice, and the development of care protocols



Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
Active RN license (Multi-state Compact or Single State) and BLS certification required upon hire
Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience; 1 year of virtual care experience preferred
Knowledge of clinical practice standards and ability to utilize technology in patient care
Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and interpersonal skills
