Senior Growth Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities

Advise program leadership on growth strategy through operational forecast models and analyses
Monitor program performance against forecasts and integrate learnings for future projections
Lead strategic projects to achieve growth goals and manage cross-functional partnerships


Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, digital health, or related fields
Highly organized self-starter with multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
Proven success in managing end-to-end strategic projects and conveying recommendations to executives
Strong quantitative analytical skills, including advanced financial modeling
Project management experience with a focus on process improvement and relationship management
