A company is looking for a Global Payroll - Customer Implementation Success Manager, Services. Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage the onboarding process for new customers transitioning to the product suite
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and expectation-setting throughout the implementation
Collaborate with various teams to provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for payroll services programs
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in payroll team support or end-to-end payroll services
Strong experience in a customer-facing role
Advanced knowledge of payroll best practices and human capital software
Ability to manage project timelines effectively
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
