Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The McAninch Arts Center (MAC) Business Manager manages all business functions of the MAC, maintains sound fiscal management of the organization, and assures all financial processes and goals are met according to the annual plan. The position is the liaison with all College divisions, particularly the College Business Affairs and Finance Offices, in all areas, including payroll, payables, receivables department budgets, and accounting functions.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience
- Three years in accounting, bookkeeping, business administration/management, or arts/education required.
- Three to four years administrative experience in arts or educational business administration preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Computerized box office; office machines, computer with MSOffice Suite and College purchasing and accounting management software such as Quickbooks.
- Pleasant, non-smoking office.
- Maintain regular office hours, available to staff and faculty calls, regular interaction with people, some evenings or weekends may be required.
- This position requires a background check and drug screen.

Hiring Range:
Managerial 5 Salary/66,500.00 - 70,000.00
