Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 5+ engineers
Develop mentorship and feedback processes for team growth
Collaborate with product manager and tech lead to define roadmap and launch projects


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
5+ years in engineering with a focus on building and scaling systems
Experience as a full-stack, frontend, or backend product engineer
Familiarity with online services, cloud services, and relational databases
Ability to evaluate tradeoffs between solutions and team processes
