Senior Collections Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Collections to manage cash collections and customer service related to accounts receivable.



Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned portfolio to meet cash collection targets and resolve discrepancies
Prepare collection notices and maintain professional communication with customers
Monitor account details for irregularities and report on accounts receivable balances


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of professional experience in Finance or Collections
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Access
Experience in managing customer accounts and collections processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
