Custody Support Associate

A company is looking for a Custody Support Associate to join their Client Services team.



Key Responsibilities

Manage client support issues and triage requests across multiple channels
Provide technical support for hardware wallets and educate clients on multisig and the product suite
Collaborate with various teams to optimize client support processes and improve service delivery


Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in financial services or customer support
Strong understanding of bitcoin terminology, private keys, and multisig security
Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software
Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
Must reside in the United States
