Remote Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Virtual Treatment Registered Nurse to provide clinical guidance and support to members managing chronic metabolic diseases.



Key Responsibilities

Deliver remote clinical monitoring and member education through various digital platforms
Evaluate member progress and identify barriers to achieving health goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless member experiences


Required Qualifications

Currently active and unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
Minimum of 4 years nursing experience in diverse healthcare settings
BSN or MSN from an accredited nursing school
Experience in case/care management or value-based care preferred
Comfort with technology and data integration in patient care
