Key Responsibilities

Oversee accreditation processes and compliance with NCQA standards
Coordinate company-wide quality assessment and improvement activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of quality management or equivalent leadership experience
Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
Supervisory experience, including hiring and training staff
