A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Improvement to lead continuous quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Oversee accreditation processes and compliance with NCQA standards
Coordinate company-wide quality assessment and improvement activities
Analyze reports to identify trends and recommend quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of quality management or equivalent leadership experience
Experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
Supervisory experience, including hiring and training staff
