Technical Partner Success Specialist
A company is looking for a Technical Partner Success Specialist who will enhance partner relationships and support their business growth. Key Responsibilities
Coach, advise, and train partners and vendor teams on best practices for selling and facilitating services
Engage with partners to build strong business relationships and represent the company's brand
Enhance the sales cycle by collaborating with the sales team and articulating technical expertise
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent; 4-year related college degree preferred
1-3 years of computer and networking support experience in managed services preferred
1 year of Microsoft 365 Exchange Online administration experience preferred
Demonstrated understanding of DNS, SMTP, email servers, and basic networking concepts
Technology degree or applicable technology experience is advantageous
