Proposal Writer

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer responsible for responding to complex requests for proposals and ensuring accurate representation of products and services.



Key Responsibilities

Lead complex proposal projects and act as a liaison with stakeholders
Develop concise and accurate proposal responses in collaboration with stakeholders
Maintain a library of proposals and manage the proposal response process to meet deadlines


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in proposal writing
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with proposal management software, preferably Loopio
Self-motivated and able to work independently
