LPN Clinical Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Lead - LPN/LVN.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of LPNs/LVNs in day-to-day patient care and operations
Manage patient healthcare needs through various communication methods
Coordinate and lead training, onboarding, and performance metrics for the team


Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing (LPN, LVN)
Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN license in specified states or a compact/multistate license
2+ years of supervisory experience in an outpatient primary care clinic
3+ years of experience as an LPN/LVN in an outpatient primary care setting
Experience managing remote teams is a plus
