Title: Investment Banking Managing DirectorCompany Summary: We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, top tier middle market Investment Bank backed by a large global financial firm looking to add an Investment Banking Group Head to their team to spearhead their Insurance sector coverage. This individual will have the ability to sit REMOTE from anywhere in the US and gain immediate access to junior resources.The Investment Banking Managing Director will be responsible for:

• Deal origination & execution in the Insurance industry
• Overseeing the entire M&A deal process from origination to successful completion
• Ensuring seamless execution of buy and sell side M&A transactions
• Working collaboratively with other Senior team members to nurture existing client relationships
• Assisting in mentoring and training junior resourcesThe Investment Banking Managing Director should have:
  • 8+ Years of Investment Banking experience
  • Experience successfully originating & executing buy and sell side M&A transactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Senior leaders
